Canceling and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying us at least 24 hours before their appointment. To cancel or reschedule, please get in touch with us at:

Late Cancellation
Cancellations are considered “late” when the Client does not cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations will result in the Client being charged the total amount of the scheduled service.
Missed Appointment
If a Client misses their scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling, they will be charged the total amount of the scheduled service.
Provider Initiated Cancellation
If, for any reason, we must cancel a Client’s scheduled appointment, I will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule, or you will receive a full refund.
Refund
Any refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment.
Emergencies or Illness
If a sudden emergency or illness causes you to miss your appointment, I will not charge the total amount of the scheduled service for the missed appointment. I will work with you to reschedule the session, or I will be able to refund you on a case-by-case basis.
