Working with energy allows you to send energy through space without time constraints. As a result, we do not have to have physical contact or be close.
What to expect
For the session, I will reach out to you using your preference selected below (Zoom, Skype, FaceTime, or phone).
During the session, which is about 45 to 60 minutes, I will ask you to get into a relaxed position and close your eyes. You can keep the phone or video close to where you lie. I will then connect to your energy field and then start channeling the energy to where it needs to go in your body. It is almost as if we are in the same room. A feedback discussion will follow.
People have many different responses to Energy Healing/Reiki. Some clients feel nothing at all. Others describe sensations of moving energy, deep relaxation, feelings of being supported and nurtured, or visions of images and colors. Some patients experience an emotional release, such as tears; some have what they consider a spiritual experience, or they may develop insight into specific areas of their lives.
