A Sound Bath is an immersive experience with infusions of music and vibrations from crystal singing bowls and pyramids, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, rain discs, and nature sounds that bring about a relaxed state. This calming, relaxed state reduces stress, induces sleep, and raises vibration, which allows the release of emotions stored in the mind and body. Regular Sound Baths entrain the brain into how it feels to be relaxed and, as a result, increase creativity, focus, groundedness, and a sense of Spiritual well-being.
